NO‑REFUND POLICY — BEAUTY 2U AESTHETICS
At Beauty 2U Aesthetics, we value transparency and professionalism. Please review our No‑Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.
Services and pre-paid services
All payments made toward treatments, appointments, or prepaid service packages are non‑refundable. Once a service has been purchased or rendered, it cannot be reversed or refunded. If you are unable to complete a service, the remaining balance may be transferred to another service at the discretion of Beauty 2U Aesthetics.
A credit card on file or a deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the scheduled service. If a patient does not show up, the deposit is forfeited. If a patient cancels or reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice, a $75 fee will be applied. Arriving late may shorten the treatment time, at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other patients. Appointments arriving 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show and will be subject to a no-show fee and or rescheduled at a later time. All services and gift cards are non‑refundable.
Patients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. No‑shows automatically lose their deposit. Skincare products may be refunded within 7 days only if returned unopened or if they arrived damaged or defective.

Governing Law
Beauty 2U Aesthetics operates under the laws of the State of Texas and Kendall County. Any disputes arising from services, purchases, or agreements shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kendall County, Texas.
Memberships require a one-year minimum commitment. After one year period, a 30‑day notice is required to cancel. Early cancellation is not permitted unless the client qualifies under military or relocation exceptions. Military exceptions include active‑duty orders or relocation outside the service area with proper documentation. All pre-paid memberships are non-refundable.
Membership Auto‑Renewal: If memberships renew automatically, specify renewal terms and cancellation notice requirements to comply with consumer protection laws.
Booking Deposits or Event Deposits
Deposits paid to secure appointments are non‑refundable. If needed, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given, but they cannot be refunded.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred for cash value, or canceled once purchased.
Third‑Party Financing & Payment Plans
Beauty 2U Aesthetics does not provide refunds for any payments made through third‑party financing or installment plans, including but not limited to:
Cherry
Sunbit Inc.
Afterpay
Affirm
Any other financing or payment plan provider
All financing agreements are binding once approved. Clients are responsible for completing all payments according to the terms set by the financing company. Beauty 2U Aesthetics cannot modify, cancel, or refund any portion of these agreements.
All skincare product sales are final. Unless the product is returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days or arrives damaged. Products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or refunded.
Consent & Medical Disclosure: Require Patients to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. This protects you if a client fails to inform you of something relevant. The business is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by withheld information. Clients understand that results vary and agree that Beauty 2U Aesthetics shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction or unforeseen reactions. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Treatments may involve risks such as redness, irritation, swelling, or sensitivity.
Liability Waiver: Patients acknowledge potential risks associated with aesthetic treatments and release Beauty 2U Aesthetics from liability.
Right to Refuse Service: Beauty 2U Aesthetics reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or professional reasons.
Patient information is confidential and used only for booking, communication, and treatment purposes. Personal data is never sold or shared. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers, and full credit card details are not stored.
Privacy Statement: Patient data (contact info, photos, medical history) is stored and used, referencing compliance with HIPAA or local privacy standards.
Marketing Consent: Promotional emails or texts, and or reminders are sent from Beauty 2U Aesthetics. Patients have an option to opting in/out of marketing communications and or text message reminders.
